Dear All,
As you are now aware Sacha is now on the island has commenced his role as the National Coach and is keen to meet with as many people as possible ASAP.
We are proposing to hold a 'forum' on Sunday 7th September 2008 (venue to be confirmed) to facilitate this.
I would like to invite all 'Coaches/Poolside helpers' to the forum from 15:30 so that Sacha can discuss with them his plans and ideas for the future. He wishes to share his vision and seek input from the all those involved.
It is anticipated that this meeting will last for approximately 1 hour.
From 16:30 Sacha and I would like to invite all Island Squad Swimmers and their parents to join the meeting.
Sacha then plans to arrange separate visits to each of the clubs to meet with swimmers and parents.
I should be grateful if each of the Clubs can circulate this date as soon as possible to all their members so that the date can be placed in diaries and we get as many people there as we can (the venue is likely to be Douglas Golf Club or Union Mills FC).
I apologise for arranging this to take place on a Sunday, but this is the best day available and as indicated Sacha is very keen to meet as many people as possible.
