Dear members,
In accordance with the restructuring of Isle of Man Swimming Club [IoMSC], as was advised to members earlier this year by circular email and at the Forum; we are striving to reduce the membership of the club to; the swimmers who are in squad plus the Executive Committee.
To achieve that aim we were seeking a voluntary lapse of membership by all other members but in addition, we resolved to have a club membership fee of £100 for the year commencing 1st July 2008 for those who wished to remain as members. In accordance with the constitution should club membership fees not be paid within 30 days, membership will automatically be lapsed.
Provided you are happy to allow your membership to lapse you need take no further action. If however you wish to continue as a member, please forward a cheque for £100 per member, payable to IoMSC before the 31st July to the freepost address below.
To recap, swimmers who are in squad and the Executive Committee are exempt from payment of the fee to retain their membership of IoMSC.
