I am very pleased to say that Sacha was successful and the Work Permit was granted at the end of April. However, when the permit was granted it was subject to a "cooling off" period during which time an interested party could lodge an appeal. An appeal against the granting of the permit has been lodged by Max Stewart so the decision by the work permit committee will be referred to a Tribunal which will be held on the 10th June.
The tribunal will independently review the decision to grant the permit. We hope a final decision will be made on the 10th or very soon afterwards. Once this is known I will advise you accordingly.
