Since my email to you setting out the changes in the way squad fees will be collected I have had questions from some parents who were not clear on how squad will operate in the future.
I have put together a question and answer sheet available here which I hope will be a help.Please be assured that the aim is to reduce administration throughout the system, from a swimmer’s point of view nothing should change in their pattern of training.
Isle of Man Swimming Association will be responsible to the clubs for ensuring there is adequate pool time. The Association through the National Coach and the Coaching Co-ordinating Committee will also oversee the coaching provision to sessions.
