Mondays Cancelled
Tuesdays am NSC 5.45-7.15am
Tuesday pm Southern and Douglas JAGD and AGD swimmers can attend Ramsey session 7.00-8.45pm
Wednesday pm Transition and JAGD at NSC will be 7.00-8.15pm.
Southern Transition can attend this session.
Performance and AGD at NSC 8.00-9.30pm
Thursday am NSC 5.45-7.15am
Thursday pm AGD to NSC session 8.00-9.30pm
Other sessions are as normal.
Sorry for the inconvenience this will cause but we will try to minimize the effects so swimmers training can continue as well as possible.
As soon as further information is available or different arrangements can be made I will let you know.
