ISLE OF MAN SWIMMING ASSOCIATION

NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Isle of Man Swimming Association (IoMSA) will be held at the Claremont Hotel, Douglas for the purposes listed below on Monday, 19th June 2006 at 19:00.

1. To approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and adopt the Chairmans report.
3. To receive and adopt the Treasurers report
4. To receive and adopt the National Coachs report.
5. To receive and adopt the Competition Secretary's report.
6. To receive and adopt the Strategy and Funding Committee report.
7. To elect the Officers for the ensuing year.
8. To appoint an Honorary Auditor.
9. To set the level of Affiliation and Capitation Fees for the ensuing year.
10. Any other business.

A nominated representative, entitled to attend and vote, is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the IoMSA.
Annual General Meetings are open to the public but only nominated representatives may vote.
