What an outstanding set of results, well done to all four swimmers.
Swimming at this level is a whole new ball game and you coped with the pressure very well and certainly made a massive impact at the Championships. Look at the medals table and individual results.

Your development over the last year has been aimed to prepare you to swim at the highest level of age group swimming and the results show you have achieved this goal.
Now we need more swimmers on the Island to dream and work toward this major achievement.

I am sure that the experience of those who took part, parents of swimmers and at least one swimmer and parent who came to support have gained a great deal from the four days at Sheffield. Over 1350 swimmers took part in the age groups, the standard is high and the organisation and presentation is slick, I certainly enjoyed the age group championships, I am sure that everyone from the Isle of Man will also have enjoyed and learnt form the experience.

National Coach
