Thirsk White Horse ASC are to come to the Island for a return swim-meet against Southern Isle of Man ASC on the Bank Holiday weekend in May.
May 1st to 3rd a team of 27 swimmers and 18 officials will be staying in the newly renovated Hostel at King Williams College Castletown and will be using the pool there for some training. Southern are having a training come meet and greet session on the Saturday evening at the Southern Pool with the main event on Sunday 2nd at approx 16:30. To return the warmth given to the Southern team and officials by Thirsk ASC, Southern will be having a Disco and Buffet at the Ronaldsway Social Club on the Sunday evening. This should be quite a match; Southern are out to get back the Bradford and Bingley International (IoM) Challenge Trophy (presented by John Sheath M.D.), this should be well attended by Southern Club supporters, however all are welcome.
