Conditions of entry
Under ASA Law and Technical Rules

• Swimmers can enter events in their own age group and Open events
• Points for individuals will only count in their own age group, Open events are a separate age group, age grouper can score points in that age group but as Open swimmers.
• Entries may be limited to ensure the matches run to time.
• Clubs to ensure swimmers are capable and competent to swim the events they enter.
• Swimmers need to enter the full range of events to accumulate BAGCAT point to determine to top all round swimmer in each age group.
• League points to score as first 2 swimmers per club to count. DQ'd swimmers if in the first 2 for a club will receive no points for that event.
• Entries to be submitted electronically via Hitek Meet Manager.
• Entry fee : 50p per event
• 15/16 yrs + Open to be swum as combined events and point to be split into separate age groups, 15/16 yrs and Open (Open is a swimmer from any age group and 17 plus swimmers)
• Overhead starts to be operated during Galas (This may apply also apply to backstroke events when previous heat swimmer stays in water and moves to the side/corner of the lane).
