Michael Gray is the oldest person to have completed the 85 mile Clerical Parish Walk. In 2008 he was 73 when he finished and improved the record he set the previous year when he was also the person with the biggest ever gap between finishes - 46 years! Here he talks about the very first Parish Walk of the modern era when he went straight from work on a Friday evening and took the lead soon after Kirk Michael. The video forms a part of a feature on Michael and his family on the 2009 Clerical Medical Parish Walk website at www.parishwalk.com Entries opened 1 December. Carl Senogles was the first entrant and the were 30 entries on the first day..
